GSV, Capacity Building Commission and DPE conclude 3rd Bharat CPSEs' Consultative Conclave 2026

📌 Summary:

• The 3rd Bharat CPSEs' Consultative Conclave 2026 on Project and Asset Management concluded on 25 July 2026 at Gati Shakti Vishwavidyalaya (GSV), Vadodara
• Organised jointly by the Capacity Building Commission (CBC) and the Department of Public Enterprises (DPE, Ministry of Finance), with GSV as the strategic Knowledge Partner
• Focused on strengthening project execution, asset management and organisational excellence across Energy and Mining Central Public Sector Enterprises (CPSEs)
• Discussions covered planning, DPR, contracting, land acquisition, asset life-cycle management, deep-tech adoption and use of the PM Gati Shakti platform to shape an implementable CPSE Reform Agenda
• 39 delegates participated from NTPC, Coal India, Bharat Coking Coal, BPCL, HPCL, Indian Oil, ONGC, Oil India, GAIL, SAIL, MECON, NMDC, Hindustan Copper, NALCO, NHPC, SJVN and Power Grid
• CBC and GSV will publish a 'Bharat CPSE Compendium of Best Practices'; the effort supports infrastructure capacity building for Viksit Bharat 2047
