We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with a course after purchase, our refund policy gives you a fair window to request a refund.
1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available under the following conditions: - You request a refund within 7 days of the original purchase date - You have not completed more than 20% of the course content - Your account is in good standing with no violations of our Terms of Service
2. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases: - Refund requested after 7 days of purchase - More than 20% of course content consumed - Mentorship sessions that have already been conducted - Purchases made during special sale periods (clearly stated at time of purchase)
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at [email protected] with: - Your registered email address - Order ID or transaction ID - Reason for refund request We will review and respond within 2-3 business days.
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Bank processing times may add an additional 2-3 days.
