We Built the Platform We Wished Existed

UPSC preparation shouldn't require stitching together five different apps, three Telegram groups, and a dozen YouTube channels. Ease My Prep is a single, structured platform built to make serious aspirants more effective — not just more busy.

A Focused UPSC Prep Platform — Not Just Another Content App

Ease My Prep is a mobile-first UPSC preparation platform with structured content, daily current affairs, PYQ practice, trend analysis, and mentorship — all built to help aspirants prepare more effectively.

We started because we saw a gap: most UPSC content online is noisy, scattered, and not calibrated to what the exam actually tests. We decided to build differently — starting from the PYQ database and working backwards to structure everything around the real exam.

The result is a platform that a serious aspirant can trust as their primary daily prep tool — not just a source of information overload.

  • Built around the actual UPSC syllabus and exam pattern — not content trends
  • PYQ coverage from 1995 onwards with answer explanations and elimination logic
  • Daily current affairs mapped to GS themes — not generic news
  • Data-driven topic prioritization based on question frequency
  • Mobile-first design for preparation on the go
  • Courses and mentorship for aspirants who want structured guidance

Born from the UPSC Journey Itself

Ease My Prep was founded in 2022 by IIT Delhi graduates who were themselves UPSC aspirants. After going through the exam cycle multiple times — clearing Prelims, appearing in Mains and Interviews — they understood the real preparation gaps that no coaching platform was solving.

The biggest problem wasn't content shortage. It was the opposite: too much fragmented content, no structure, and no way to know what actually mattered. PYQs existed everywhere but were presented without the reasoning behind them. Current affairs was abundant but unfiltered. Trend data existed in UPSC commission reports but was not digestible.

The answer was to build from the exam backwards — start with what UPSC actually asks (PYQs), understand the pattern (trend analysis), and layer on only what feeds into that (curated current affairs). That philosophy is what drives every product decision at Ease My Prep.

Today, Ease My Prep is used by 1 lakh+ active students across India and is available on Android and the web. The mentorship programme is run by the founders and their team of experienced mentors — all of whom have personally cleared multiple UPSC stages.
