DARPG Launches NeSDA 2025 Portal to Strengthen Digital Governance Across India

• Coverage: (i) State, UT, City and Central Ministry Portals; (ii) Service Portals across both
• Focus sectors (G2C & G2B): Finance, Labour & Employment, Education, Local Governance & Utility Services, Social Welfare (incl. Health, Agriculture, Home Security), Environment (incl. Fire), Tourism, Public Grievance, Transport, Travel — newly added: services of Ministry of Corporate Affairs
• Mandatory services: 59 per State/UT; 43 per Central Ministry/Department
• Assessment parameters: Accessibility, Content Availability, Ease of Use, Information Security & Privacy, End Service Delivery, Integrated Service Delivery, Status & Request Tracking, Open Government Data (OGD), E-Participation, Leveraging Emerging Technologies
