DARPG Releases 45th Monthly CPGRAMS Report for States and UTs for April 2026

📌 Summary:

• DARPG released the 45th Monthly Report on CPGRAMS for States/UTs for April 2026
• 88,057 PG cases were received for States/UTs and 77,445 cases were redressed in April 2026
• Uttar Pradesh recorded the highest disposals (34,959), followed by Gujarat (5,829); total States/UTs pendency stood at 2,11,701 cases as on 30 April 2026
• 22 States/UTs each have more than 1,000 pending grievances
• Under the Sevottam Scheme, 1,159 training courses were completed over five financial years (2022-23 to 2026-27), training around 38,270 officers
• A dedicated Review Module for senior-level review of grievances in States/UTs has been operational since 6 June 2025
• The Feedback Call Centre collected 73,601 feedbacks in April 2026, of which 30,621 were from States/UTs
