DARPG Releases 48th Monthly CPGRAMS Report for Central Ministries and Departments for April 2026

• DARPG released the 48th Monthly Report on the Centralized Public Grievance Redress and Monitoring System (CPGRAMS) for Central Ministries/Departments for April 2026
• 1,88,969 grievances were redressed by Central Ministries/Departments in April 2026; monthly disposal crossed 1 lakh cases for the 46th month in a row
• The Average Grievance Disposal Time in Central Ministries/Departments for 2026 stood at 13 days
• 1,88,577 PG cases were received and 1,88,969 redressed, with a pendency of 81,847 cases; 31,018 appeals were received and 31,338 disposed
• 76,643 new users registered on CPGRAMS in April 2026 (13,379 from Uttar Pradesh); 8,001 grievances were registered via Common Service Centres
• In GRAI rankings, Department of Telecommunications, Department of Posts and CBIC topped Group A, while Department of Official Language, Ministry of Textiles and Ministry of Steel topped Group B
• The reports are part of DARPG 10-step CPGRAMS reform process; a Review Meeting Module enables Secretary-level reviews, with 331 review meetings held by 30 April 2026
