First Capacity Building Programme for Civil Servants of Seychelles commences at NCGG, Mussoorie

• The National Centre for Good Governance (NCGG) commenced its first Capacity Building Programme for Civil Servants of Seychelles on 11 May 2026

• 2-week programme (11-22 May 2026) organised in collaboration with Ministry of External Affairs (MEA), at Mussoorie and New Delhi

• 29-member delegation led by Mr. Alex Henderson, Deputy Cabinet Secretary for Policy Affairs (Office of the President, Seychelles)

• Participants include senior officials from Ministry of Homeland Security & Civils Affairs, State House, Department of Defense, Ministry of Education, Judiciary, etc.

• Programme focuses on inter-disciplinary fields of public policy, governance, and high-impact national programme design
